Mr. Hussein Ould Abbas, General Manager of the company, and his collaborators today took part in the Quality Awareness Day, organized by the Mauritanian Association for the Promotion of Quality, in the premises of the chamber of commerce, industries and agriculture.
The general manager stressed the importance of establishing specific quality offices under the auspices of the ministry of industry, and he also noted that "quality certificates issued by the competent offices must be legally certificates."
In another intervention, the Director General of Quality Promotion, Mr. Mohamed Ould Othman, explained that this activity was part of the national policy aimed at introducing quality systems to the institutions concerned, and he stressed the importance of adoption of quality systems in the different developmental fields.
